A seasonal Washed Colombia from Palestina, combined with our foundational Washed Peru from Perfiles CoOp creates an easy to drink cup with a gentle lift. On first sip you get Cara Cara sweetness and acidity followed by Chamomile. As it cools the sweetness and acidity transforms to Ripe Cherry and it finishes with Toasted Hazelnut.
