Gotti, on the edge of Yirgacheffe, produces very vibrant coffee that cups so well! This group of producers largely intercrops their coffee trees to make the most use of the land. This carefully picked and hand sorted Peaberry is dried on raised beds for a maximum of 20 days and then conditioned in warehouse for best green storage protocol. Grown at 2200-2300MASL this naturally processed coffee offers a sweet cup with a pleasant lingering finish.
