Tanzania Ishando is made possible by Mbozi Small Holders. It’s selected for sweetness, structure, and clarity. This coffee shows a deeper side of East Africa. This is MoonGoat’s third year sourcing from the Mbozi region solidifying it as a year over year purchase for our summer months.  The AA grade reflects larger screen-size separation, which helps support roast consistency and a cleaner cup. On the table Ishando shines as a high sweetness cup with clean citrus character and a quick tannic finish that makes it a great daily drinker.
