Single Origin: Gori Gesha Carbonic '24
Established in 2019 through our subsidiary Kebir, Gesha Farm has gained increasing attention with each passing year. In the 2023-24 harvest season, the farm spanned 200 hectares, producing a final green coffee output of 8.7 quintals per hectare. Located at a lower altitude (1400-1684 meters) in a warmer climate, Gesha stands apart from traditional Ethiopian regions like Yirgacheffe and Guji. Despite these unique conditions, the farm thrives and plans to expand its cultivation during the rainy season. At Tracon, various fermentation methods—Carbonic, Anaerobic, Lactic, Honey, Natural, and Washed—are used, with this particular Natural lot dried for 17 days.
