This lot is fully washed and patio-dried, with fermentation and drying protocols designed to preserve clarity and balance rather than push intensity. Coffees from this group are grown between 1350 and 2000 meters, where cooler temperatures and longer maturation contribute to steady sugar development and layered acidity.
