This washed A/X lot comes from smallholder farmers on Kuta Ridge in the Waghi Valley, processed at the Kuta Coffee Mill in Papua New Guinea’s Western Highlands. The mill operates in partnership with the Ulga and Kolga tribes and rewards producers who consistently deliver high-quality cherries—helping maintain exceptional uniformity across lots. Grown around 1,550–1,585 meters and washed at the Kuta Mill, this coffee showcases the dense structure and vibrant sweetness typical of PNG’s highland profiles.

In the cup, lively raspberry acidity lifts the profile, supported by a deep fig-jam richness and the zesty dryness of citrus rind on the finish. Full-bodied yet energetic, it’s a balanced expression of Western Highlands character.
