This year, we have the privilege of cheering on two of our baristas at the 2025 US Coffee Championships in Raleigh, North Carolina! Both of these exceptional coffees are being used by our competitors in the National US Barista Championship.

Our Roasting Style

We will try to roast these coffees to an omniroast profile that works in all methods, we roast on a Loring 35kg and will aim for a lighter than medium roast- (40% on our scale) or for you in the know 410-415F end temp, ~10 min total time for all lots with tailoring done for each methods ability to take on heat.
