Why: Jorge Arturo Serrano is a third-generation producer at Tierra de Leyendas, a family farm growing into something much larger. During the 2025–2026 harvest, Jorge began transitioning the farm into a cooperative alongside roughly ten neighboring coffee-growing families, creating greater access to processing, export markets, and long-term opportunities within the community. This washed Lempira and Parainema lot is a snapshot of that vision—sweet, structured, and a reflection of what producer-led infrastructure can become.
