Year over year the Omer Family farm puts out some of the best Gesha 1931 Gori Gesha coffee offerings! This coffee from the Karmachi region is no exception. From a 96 hour oxygen deprived wine yeast fermentation, the results are a clean and vibrant cup. At first sip you get ripe cherry acidity followed by a coating texture and sweetness of gala apple throughout. Its finish is reminiscent of fresh herbs and is long lasting. We are excited every harvest year to experience this offering.
