Sourced from the Microfarm La Llamada in Jinotega, Nicaragua, this exceptional Gesha offers a rare flavor experience. Grown at an altitude of 1,400-1,450 m.a.s.l., the cherries are hand-harvested and processed using a yeast fermentation at La Bastilla Estate. Certified Rainforest Alliance since 2003, the estate ensures sustainable practices across its 311 hectares. With notes of Limoncello, Tangerine, and Honey it embodies dedication to quality and sustainability. Harvested January 2024, it’s a coffee worth savoring.

Our Roasting Style
We will try to roast these coffees to an omniroast profile that works in all methods, we roast on a Loring 35kg and will aim for a lighter than medium roast- (40% on our scale) or for you in the know 410-415F end temp, ~10 min total time for all lots with tailoring done for each methods ability to take on heat.
