Ethiopia Danche Washed

SNAP Specialty Coffee was established in 2008 and is led by Neguesse Debela, often described in the specialty coffee trade as a computer-professional-turned-coffee-producer. The company works through washing and processing stations across Ethiopia, including its sites in Worka Chelbessa and Danche, emphasizing consistent processing and strong quality control.

Neguesse began operating his first site in Worka Chelbessa in 2017, then expanded in 2019 by purchasing the Danche washing station a few kilometers away. Today, the Worka Chelbessa and Danche sites are managed by Neguesse and his family, with a focus on careful washed and natural processing as well as ongoing experimental lots designed to improve quality and consistency.
