Darkside is a celebrated and recognized example of MOONGOAT sourcing, roasting and blending prowess. Our most popular mix is a clever blend. Brazil, Ethiopia with a traceable washed mild to balance seasonality with consistency. Sourcing coffee using 25 times less water than old word methods from friends halfway across the world. Coffee may grow on trees but it’s best not taken for granted. It shines in all preparation methods. You can enjoy a delightfully powerful espresso, a robust brewed coffee, or a rich cold brew. Look for tasting notes of hard chocolate, dried fruit, and mixed nuts.

Our Roasting Style
We will try to roast these coffees to an omniroast profile that works in all methods, we roast on a Loring 35kg and will aim for a lighter than medium roast- (40% on our scale) or for you in the know 410-415F end temp, ~10 min total time for all lots with tailoring done for each methods ability to take on heat.
