The coffee grows beneath a canopy of tropical trees—orange, mango, lemon, guava, sweet plantain, and more—that enrich the soil and add complexity to the cup. This natural biodiversity shines through in a clean profile.
Jon and Marianella left behind their careers and life in the U.S. to pursue a dream rooted in passion and purpose. With support from their agronomist Adrian and longtime farm worker Chevo, they immersed themselves in every stage of coffee production—from planting and shade management to milling and export. Their full control of the process ensures traceability, quality, and a deeper connection to every cup they share.
