Why: Bryan Bautista is a third-generation coffee producer at Finca Adolfos, where he returned home in 2017 with a vision to take the family farm beyond conventional coffee. Working alongside his parents, Juan Adolfo and Maria Dolores, Bryan has invested in better processing, post-harvest infrastructure, and a more quality-driven approach to production. This Catuai microlot is a small glimpse into that evolution—a 10-bag lot from a farm with a long-term goal of producing specialty coffee from its entire harvest.
