Finca La Revuelta 2024
La Revuelta, originally part of the Samayoa family estate since the 1800s, has a rich history. Initially known as Belen, the farm transitioned from producing cactus dye to coffee, corn, and beans. In 1995, Christian and Julia Starry repurchased the land, dedicating it solely to coffee cultivation. Their son, Christian Jr., joined in 2013, and by 2016, the family built the “Los Lirios de Belen” wet mill, honoring the farm's heritage and Christian Jr.'s grandmother, Carmen Samayoa. With generations of dedication, La Revuelta continues to produce high-quality coffee, preserving family traditions and agricultural excellence.
