When visiting Costa Rica this is where we spent the most time and buy the most coffee. The Oviedo family, Marco & Maricela Oviedo, makes coffee happen in Grecia at Finca Sircof. Their careful processing means that their coffee seeds are dried in a greenhouse for optimal temperature and humidity control. Rodrigo, their cousin is the president of the local co-op and runs a small farm as an effective seed bank. The resulting coffees from his neighbours are unbelievable. Sweet, dense, and fruited without losing approachability.
