Produced by the Letefoho Estate, this natural coffee is is grown on the steep and rugged mountainsides of East Timor. Due to the exceedingly wet climate of the region, most coffee is either fully washed or wet-hulled, making naturally processed coffee a rare find. As a result of the wet environment, the drying time for this coffee is longer than usual - however, this adds a sweet and fruity flavor to the typically robust body of East Timor coffees.
